Mediation for compulsory sale cases
Under the Practice Direction (LTPD: CS No. 1/2011), parties in a compulsory sale case should attempt mediation to reach a settlement of any dispute arising out of the application for compulsory sale before their case is heard by the Lands Tribunal.
The Joint Mediation Helpline Office (JMHO) can provide mediation services and free consultation for land compulsory sale cases. For further information, please call JMHO enquiry hotline at 2901-1224 or visit JHMO’s website.
